Hello,
My daughter plays High School Hockey for Minnetonka, Minnesota. This Past September we lost two senior girls in a car accident. One of the girls killed played on the Varsity Hockey team. She played on the Varsity golf and tennis teams, was an honor student, and very active in her faith as well/ Needless to say we lost a great leader and role model. It has been a difficult adjustment on the girls, and a loss they feel everyday. Our end of season banquet is on March 8th, and we are doing several things to honor Kelly, such as retiring her jersey number and renaming our sportsmanship award after her.

Honoring Kelly is the right thing for us, but I would like to do something for the team as well. They have worked very hard this season and have grown a lot in their friendships and as young women. I would like yo use the symbol of the bee for this years banquet. The bumble bee should not be able to fly aerodynamically, but it does. Bees are known for their hard work and determination. This team has the spirit of the bee. Our team does not have the funds for a gift and most of the other families have been very generous with Kellys family already. I was looking for a donation when a contact sent me in your direction.

I know your company is for fund raising and wouldnt be able to donate, but would you be willing to sell me a half order? I have 36 girls on the Varsity/JV teams- Kellys sister plays JV and will be part of our banquet.
