THANK YOU PLUSHLAND,

We have been ordering bears from Plushland for the past two years.  We call the bears “JER-BEARS” in memory of our son Jeremy who past away in March 2004 of Cystic Fibrosis.   All proceeds raised in the sale of the “JER-BEARS” goes directly to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, with hopes that some day a cure will be found for this horrible disease.   We design our own custom tags and tee shirts each year.  This way we can personalize the bears so everyone knows what the bears stand for.

Each year we tie about 100 or so balloons to one bear and let it go.  Last years bear (2nd Annual JER-BEAR) was released on July 31, 2005 (Jeremy’s Birthday) from Look Park in Northampton, MASS. and was found this May up in the Mountains in the state of Vermont by a hiker.  We had enclosed a note explaining why we were doing this along with our phone number.  And the hiker called us to let us know that the Plushland Bear had survived snow, rain and wind up on the Mountain and the bear was still in great shape.  This is the most wonderful feeling to know that the bears are out there.  Thank you again Plushland,  keep up the good work.

My daughter & I just started raising money for CF, because her daughter (my granddaughter has CF).  She just turned one and is the smartest and cutest little princess we know.  We had a meeting with the CF people and I bought 4 Plushland toys so some peple could see the quality of them.  They are truly wonderful, soft and so cute.  I was wondering when your summer catalog will be coming out and if you could send me one so I can show it to some people and see if they would like to help me sell them for the foundation.  Thanks so much for making such a cute and cuddly toy for little ones.

I ordered for the first time Plushland bears to try as a fund-raiser.

My coalition was not enthused with the idea, however, I ordered approximately 70 Easter plushland stuffed animals and sold them outside of my hospitals cafeteria four days before Easter. I decided to just charge an even $5.00 per item to make it easy for all involved and I sold them all in 90 minutes. We earned a profit of $150.00. Yeah!!! My coalition board members were impressed.
